Mary Jane Dubbs, CPA |
|

Mary Jane Dubbs has been a practicing certified public accountant since receiving her certificate in 1980. Mary Jane established her firm in the Tacoma area since moving to the State of Washington in 1991. Mary Jane currently holds hold a CPA license to practice in Washington, Oregon, and Texas.
Mary Jane has a general accounting practice. She provides tax preparation and tax planning along with all financial accounting services, including compilation, reviews, audits and other attest services. She works with individuals, small business, closely held corporations and non-profit organizations.
The firm has undergone peer reviews since inception of the peer review program. Mary Jane served as a reviewer for the State Board of Accountancy’s 2005 Quality Assurance Review Program.
Mary Jane received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University in 1977. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Along with her accounting practice, Mary Jane is a community worker. She is a member and past president of the University Place Chamber of Commerce. She belongs to Tacoma Narrows Rotary and volunteers in the local community through school support programs.

Arleen Ibay, CPA |

Arleen Ibay graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce major in Accounting at Northeastern College, and a Master's Degree in Management at Isabela State University. Prior to her move to the United States, Arleen spent years in audit involving local government units, educational institutions, cooperative and non-profit organizations, and had international audit exposure working with the United Nations External Board of Auditors. In 2004, Arleen joined the American labor market and gained extensive knowledge in real estate as accountant and associate broker.
Arleen holds license to practice in the State of Washington and in the Philippines.

Yelena Kudra, CPA |

When Lena moved to the United States from Ukraine, she began to explore several educational paths that included sign language, nutrition, and business. Lena liked her accounting classes so much she went on to graduate from the University of Washington in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and then successfully passed the Uniform CPA examination in 2010. Lena is now enjoying many opportunities to apply her theoretical knowledge in real world business accounting. |

Svetlana Johnson |

Svetlana graduated from Sevastopol State Technical University in Ukraine majoring in accounting and audit. In Ukraine, Svetlana had years of experience in the accounting field holding the position of chief accountant in a new Ukrainian-American joint venture before moving to the United States. Here in the Tacoma area, she became part of the finance department at Pierce College. As an employee of Mary Jane Dubbs, CPA Firm, she looks forward to the exposure to different aspects of public accounting. |

Chieko Maclean, CPA |

Chieko Maclean has been in accounting since 1987 when she worked in the accounting division of a large pharmaceutical company in Japan. After moving to the United States, she graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and in 2005 and became a Certified Public Accountant. She provides tax preparation and tax planning services along with financial accounting services, including compilation, reviews and audits. Chieko is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and an active member of Toastmasters.
She enjoys volunteering at the Gig Harbor YMCA as a water aerobics instructor. |
